conceived the Mission and Vision of the Organization. She understood the pertinent, yet, unrecognized needs of the Mentally Ill and the Developmentally Disabled whose Disabilities impact us all. On behalf of the Board of Trustees of Associates In Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities, we would like to Congratulate you on SUPPORTING this GREAT INSTITUTION of the Highest Standards in the field of MENTAL HEALTH. You have been an inspiration to work with and we continue to congratulate you for your Strong Leadership skills. You are the instrument of Support for AMHDD, Inc.
You have given tirelessly and worked diligently towards the mission of the Agency, which is an ongoing function. You are Creative and Resourceful and with this, you are consistently achieving and giving your financial resources, donating, contributing and strategizing around board recruitment and development to meet the demands of the Agency needs.
We are grateful to you as a Visionary Leader who has made all of our lives easier through words and actions. This has made the commitment, the passion and the dream a better world for everyone. You are a key decision maker through the constant and tireless efforts by being at the forefront of creating important change.
Your On-going work on sending out proposals for funding, building a strong board, building a leadership team, building relationships/partnerships with other agencies, directing and managing the board, and facilitating board meetings has been a huge undertaking. Recruiting Board Members and retaining them has been a process that produces maximum results.
You have dealt with the toughest challenges and priorities of board members and the agency in which you have:
· Implemented an effective system for governance and operations/created, planned, evaluated, and implemented projects designed to deliver and produce outcomes that are valued by, meaningful to, and important to clients and other service providers.
· Ensured the Financial Solvency of the Agency.
· Attended Board Meetings.
· On-going Grant writing that has been relentless.
· Fundraising Development.
· Enhanced the Agency’s Image.
· ON-GOING Strategic planning.
Motivating others and making things better for them fuels your Leadership. We continue to applaud your strength in promoting the agency, providing information, and referrals to the clients and the community, providing free monthly workshops, and creating and designing ways on how to move the agency forward.
You have done what so many of us would like to do. You have initiated projects and maintained the commitment with your drive and determination, which has made AMHDD, Inc. one of the recognized Non-Profit Agencies in Essex County and other Counties throughout NEW JERSEY.
